Hello world!
Greetings community, I’m Dinah. I’m an American with a universal view.
I studied Theology and Catholicism at University of St. Thomas, Houston, TX. I enjoy watching foreign films and love to watch BBC. Sankofa is my all time favorite independent film; the message provides insight on slavery effects on the “redeemed slave.” I’m growing, evolving, and as a servant of social media. I am non-partisan and pro-people partisan; democracy belongs to the people. What affects the people is my duty to share, tell, and present the story as enjoyable and entertaining as possible. I love producing video news, and thought-provocative feature segments. I’m a Graphic Designer. My hobby is photography and transforming photo into photo-art.
I’m frequently seeking inspiration that binds us into oneness, and not divide us; my philosophy is that religious intolerance is as adverse as racial intolerance. I love jazz, opera, and gospel music. I enjoy reading books on History and Medieval Europe. Other favorite readings includes “Peace not Apartheid” by Jimmie Carter, and Middle East Opposing Views, can’t recall the Author. I read the Bible for inspiration and love of the language.
I’m influenced by the writings of Ralph Waldo Emerson. I as well appreciate Old English Literature; and epics like Beowulf, the phrases are musical. I prefer reading books that deal with humanity, like Shakespeare’s “Taming of the Shrew” and “King Lear” which points out vice and virtue and how mankind can foolishly and blindly be bamboozled. Seemingly, why I like liberating shows like Free speech, Democracy Now, and programs aired on Pacifica radio.
